Puree the peas, spinach, parsley, chives and oatmeal into a coherent mixture for the burgers. Divide this mixture into 6 portions and shape the burgers.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the burgers at medium height about 5 minutes on both sides.

Meanwhile, make the sauces. Puree the hummus with the coriander. Puree in a different bowl the mustard with the dill and the flesh of 1 avocado.

Roast the multigrain balls. Spread the lower part of the bread with the coriander hummus. Place the burgers on top and top with the pickles and a little lettuce.

Cut the remaining avocados into thin slices and roll each half into a rose. Place the avocado florets on the burgers.

Spread the upper part of the ball with the avocado dressing. Put it in and serve the vegetable burgers directly.
