Vegetable dish with mozzarella
Dish from the oven with zucchini, yellow pepper, red pepper, onion and mozzarella.

Preheat the grill in the oven to the highest setting.

Cut the zucchini into slices, the peppers in pieces and the onion in rings. Divide half of zucchini, peppers and onion over the baking sheet. Sprinkle the oil over it. Sprinkle pepper and salt if necessary.

Put the griddle under the hot grill, roast the vegetables in 6-8 min. Brown and al dente. Turn halfway. Repeat with the remaining vegetables.

Drain the mozzarella on kitchen paper, cut into cubes. Transfer the grilled vegetables to a bowl and spoon in the mozzarella. Serve lukewarm or cold. Tasty with baguette and salad.
