Directions

  1. Prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the package. Heat the half of the oil in a stirring stir-fry in the vegetables for 3-4 minutes.
  2. Brush the salmon with the curry paste. Heat the rest of the oil in a frying pan and fry the salmon for about 2 minutes per side.
  3. Spoon the noodles with the soy sauce through the vegetables. Serve the vegetable noodles with the salmon and sprinkle with the spring onions.
