A tasty recipe. The vegetarian starter contains the following ingredients: mixed vegetables of the season, (olive) oil and garden herbs bouillon tablets.

Directions

  1. Clean vegetables, wash and cut into pieces, cubes or rings.
  2. Heat oil in soup pot and bake vegetables for about 5 minutes.
  3. Add 1 liter of water and bouillon tablets to vegetables and bring to the boil.
  4. Soup the soup with the lid on the pan for approx.
  5. 20 minutes until vegetables are soft.
  6. Mix with soup blender soup.
  7. Serve with toasted bread..
