Vegetables with bluefin cheese dip
A tasty Dutch recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: bluefront cheese, crème fraîche (125 ml cup), cucumber, radish, romes (small tomatoes, 250 g) and bunch of carrots.

Finely brown the bluefin cheese in a bowl with a fork and stir in the crème fraîche. Cut the cucumber lengthwise into strips, clean the radishes and the to clean and grate the roots. Serve the vegetables with the dip. Bring: take the greetings and the dip separately in a sealed container.

You can prepare the dip 1 day in advance. Keep covered with cling film in the refrigerator.
