A nice Chinese recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: quick-cooking rice (a 400 g), sunflower oil, ready-to-cook mini carrots (300 g), stir-fried sauce babi pangang (500 g), vegetarian vegetable balls (a ca. 225 g) and atjar (350 g).

Directions

  1. Cook rice according to instructions.
  2. Heat in wok oil.
  3. Carrots stir-fry for about 3 minutes.
  4. Add balls and fry approx.
  5. 5 minutes.
  6. Add stir-fry sauce and heat up.
  7. Serve with rice and atjar.
  8. Tasty with crackers..
