Vegetarian babi pangang with carrots
A nice Chinese recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: quick-cooking rice (a 400 g), sunflower oil, ready-to-cook mini carrots (300 g), stir-fried sauce babi pangang (500 g), vegetarian vegetable balls (a ca. 225 g) and atjar (350 g).

Cook rice according to instructions.

Heat in wok oil.

Carrots stir-fry for about 3 minutes.

Add balls and fry approx.

5 minutes.

Add stir-fry sauce and heat up.

Serve with rice and atjar.
