Vegetarian noodle salad with sesame dressing
Quick salad of noodles, ginger, vegetarian chicken, sweet chili sauce, zucchini spaghetti, carrot dressing, salted peanuts and wok vegetables with soybeans.

Prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the package. Drain and rinse lukewarm under cold running water.

Peel and grate the ginger in the meantime. Heat the oil in a stir frying pan the ginger, vega chicken pieces and the chili sauce for 5 minutes on medium heat.

Make a dressing of the sesame oil, soy sauce and sushi vinegar. Mix with the noodles and zucchini spaghetti. Scoop the (raw) wok vegetables through and spread over a flat dish.

Finely chop the peanuts and spread with the chicken over the noodle salad. Drizzle with the rest of the chili sauce.
