Vegetarian satay with celery-apple salad


A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: brown rice (pack 400 g), elstar apples (pack 400 g), salad dressing (half full (bottle 500 ml)), celery (stem in pieces and leaf in strips), red onion (in fine half rings), grilled pieces (a 175 g), oil and stir-fry sauce (Indonesian saté (520 g)).

Directions

  1. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Cut the apples into quarters, remove the core. Cut the unpeeled apple into slices. Stir in a bowl the salad dressing smooth with 11/2 tbsp water. Mix the celery and the onion and season the salad with salt and pepper.
  2. Baste the grilled pieces on satésticks. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the saté 2-3 min., Turn regularly with a cooking tong. Add the stir-fry sauce and heat the sauce for 4-5 minutes on medium heat. 3 Divide the rice with vegetarian saté over 4 plates. Scoop the salad.
