Prepare the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package. Peel and cut the garlic and onion. Cut the celery into narrow curves. Praise the canned tomatoes. Cut the dried tomatoes into strips.

Heat the oil of the dried tomatoes in the stir-frying pan here in the garlic, onion and celery for 5 min.

Add the vegetarian pieces, mashed tomatoes with juice, the sugar and dried tomatoes and simmer for about 5 minutes. Season with pepper and salt. Divide the spaghetti over the plates spoon the sauce on it.
