Directions

  1. Finely chop the garlic. Finely chop the pepper without seeds. Raps the ginger. Chop the coriander coarsely. Prepare the wok noodles according to the instructions.
  2. Heat the oil in a stir frying pan of garlic, red pepper and ginger until it smells nice. Add the chicken pieces and fry them all around brown. Stir in the stir-fry vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Pour the orange juice and the soy sauce and heat the vegetables for 1-2 minutes. Let the noodle drain a colander well and scoop the noodles through the mixture of chicken pieces and vegetables. Warmly just as well. Serve and sprinkle fresh coriander over it.
