Beat the eggs in a large bowl and whisk in the cream.

Season with salt and pepper.

Preheat the frying pan well and slightly reduce the temperature of the gas stove.

Put the butter in the pan and let it melt without discolouring.

Now add the egg mass and stir in the eggs a little bit in the pan.

Fry the omelet until the bottom begins to release.

Now place the drained vegetables on one half of the omelette.

Close the omelette and let it heat for another 5 minutes in the pan.

sprinkle the parsley over it and serve the omelette with a thick cut of bread.
