Preheat the oven to 180 ºC.

Cut the tomatoes and zucchini into slices.

Grease the oven dish. Place the zucchini and tomato slices in the baking dish.

Mix the oregano, oil, balsamic vinegar and season with pepper. Sprinkle over the vegetables and sprinkle the cheese over it.

Bake for about 25 minutes in the middle of the oven until golden brown and done.
