Peel the celery with a peeler to remove all the wires. Cut the stalks into thin slices.

Cut the apple into very small cubes. Mix the celery with the apple, the grapes, the cheese and the hazelnuts.

Mix the ingredients for the dressing and season with salt and pepper. Scoop the dressing through the salad.
