Warm figs with goat's cheese and honey
Warm figs with goat's cheese, honey and rosemary.
Preheat the oven to 225 ° C.
Cut the figs crosswise and press them slightly with the fingers. Put the figs in an oven dish.
Slice the rosemary. Stir the goat's cheese and rosemary and spread the cheese over the figs.
Place the baking dish on the grid in the middle of the oven and roast the figs in approx. 6 minutes until golden brown.
Divide the figs over small plates. Pour the honey from the inside out in a thin stream over the figs and then on the plate.
Stir the vinegar and oil well and drip the dressing on the plate and serve immediately.
