Warm leek in orange mustard vinaigrette
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: leeks (about 1200 g), Groninger mustard (pot), orange liqueur (liqueur), (fresh) orange juice, vinegar, olive oil (extra virgin), salt and pepper.

Clean the leek, cut into pieces of approx.

5 cm and wash.

Put leek pieces together in an upright position.

Pour the bottom of the water into the pan and cover the leek in about 10 minutes.

Combine mustard, liqueur, orange juice, vinegar and oil to dressing.

Season with salt and pepper.

Let the leek drain and lay on a flat dish.

Give mustard vinaigrette over warm leeks..
