Put the meat in a bowl. Stir in the spice mix with the garlic, oil and lemon juice and pour over the meat. Spoon well and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for a few hours. Put the skewers in a bowl of water.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Thread the cubes on the satéprikkers and put them on a baking tray. Bake them high in the oven for about 15 minutes. Turn the skewers after 10 minutes.

Eat them preferably warm with, for example, a fresh dressing of parsley, lemon zest and olive oil.
