Warm wrap with cheese and spring onion
Warm tortilla quesadillas with spring onion, with a tomato, corn and butter salad.

Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.

Cut the spring onion into rings and the tomatoes into cubes.

Cover the tortillas with the cheese and half of the spring onions and sprinkle with pepper.

Place the tortillas on top. Bake the tortillas for 5-6 minutes in the oven.

Drain the corn. Scoop the corn with the tomato, butterhead and the rest of the spring onions.

Season with the chili sauce, oil and salt. Sprinkle with the coriander.

Cut the tortilla into points and serve with the salad.
