A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, broiler chicken (a 1 1/2 kg), lemon, red pepper (pesto (100 g)), spicy cheese (grated (eg grana padano)) and cayenne pepper.

Cut carcass of chicken with wild scissors on thin side completely. Spread chicken. Cut thick parts of legs a few times. Peel thinly off lemon zest and press fruit. In a bowl mix pesto with lemon zest, lemon juice, cheese and cayenne pepper. Chicken on both sides with marinade and cover in shell. Cover the dish and marinate the chicken in a refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
