Warm wraps with tuna

Pour the oil from a can of tuna into a frying pan and fry the onion in a soft glass.

Let the other can of tuna drain well.

Spoon the tuna, capers, olives and parsley through the onion.

Add some salt and freshly ground black pepper and warm the tuna gently for 2-3 minutes.

Heat the tortillas according to the instructions in the microwave.

Spread the tortillas generously with Greek yogurt and cut the peppers into strips.

On each tortilla, make a thick stripe of pepper bars and the tuna mixture and roll the tortillas firmly.

Cut the tortilla wraps diagonally in half.

Divide the lamb's lettuce over the plates and place the wraps and tomato slices on top.
