Watercress salad with avocado
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, red onions (in thin rings), white wine vinegar, olive oil, Dutch bluefin cheese 60 (crumbled), chicken fillets (in oblique slices), orange (peeled), avocados (peeled) and watercress (75 g) .

Put the onion rings for 5 minutes in a bowl with ice cold water and drain on kitchen paper. Beat a vinegar dressing and 3 tbsp oil. Mix 10 g of the cheese. Season with salt and pepper.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan with non-stick coating and cook the chicken in 3-4 min. Until done. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and leave to cool.

Cut out the segments between the orange's membranes. Cut the avocado half in half. Remove the kernel and cut into slices. Spoon with the orange. Spoon the watercress with the dressing and lay the chicken, the avocado orange mixture and the onion rings on it. Sprinkle the salad with the rest of the blue cheese. Tasty with bread with butter.
