Directions

  1. Cut the flesh of the watermelon into very small cubes.
  2. Cut open the pomegranate and hit the peel with a wooden spoon to get the seeds out. Collect seeds and juice in the bowl with watermelon.
  3. Mix the fruit, scoop into small tall glasses and put in the refrigerator for another hour.
  4. Mix the sugar with the orange zest and fresh mint and sprinkle over the fruit just before serving.
