Watermelon pie
A summer recipe for cake; made entirely of watermelon.

Cut a large slice of the bottom and top of the watermelon. These are not used.

Cut off the peel of the rest of the watermelon and make a smooth cylinder. Put on a flat scale.

Stir the creamy coconut loose and scoop on the top of the melon.

Remove the crowns from the strawberries and cut them in half.

Spread a portion of the strawberries, berries, blackberries and raspberries over the top of the pie, and place the rest around it.

Chop the pistachio nuts coarsely. Sprinkle in the middle of the fruit. Garnish the cake with leaves of mint.
