Directions

  1. Dilute the pot stock with 3 pots of water and bring to the boil with the bouillon tablet.
  2. Scrape the celery with a peeler and cut the stalks into strips. Chop the beautiful green of the celery and save until later use.
  3. Add the strips of celery with the ravioli to the boiling broth and simmer for another 3 minutes.
  4. Season the soup with freshly ground pepper and stir in the parsley and celery leaves at the last minute. Serve immediately.
