Roast the almond shavings in a frying pan without oil or butter in 3 min. Golden brown. Let cool on a plate.

Cut the cake lengthwise into 4 slices. Put 2 slices tightly together on 1 tbsp jam on a plate and brush with the rest of the jam. Place the other 2 slices on top of it.

Spread the cake around with a generous layer of whipped cream. Stick the almond shavings against the sides.

Draw a grid of 24 squares on the cake with the chocolate stick. Put a candy in every square. Yummy! .
