Directions

  1. Drain the beans, collect the moisture.
  2. Put the beans in the food processor and add the garlic, cumin, salt, freshly ground pepper and lemon juice.
  3. Mix everything into a smooth puree.
  4. Add spoonful of four tablespoons of olive oil for a spoonful of spoon until the dip is smooth.
  5. If necessary, season with another tablespoon of lemon juice.
  6. If the dip is too thick, add a few tablespoons of white bean liquid.
  7. Delicious with carrot sticks to dip.
