White bean puree with fennel and thyme
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: fennel (a 300 g), white beans ((a 330 g), drained), whipped cream (125 ml), garlic (finely chopped) and fresh thyme leaves.

Cut the fennel into cubes of 3 mm.

Rinse the beans in a sieve under cold water.

Bring the fennel to the boil with 100 ml of whipping cream, turn the heat down and let it cook for 5 minutes with the lid half on the pan.

Puree the beans with the garlic in the food processor or with the hand blender and add the rest of the whipped cream until a smooth puree is formed.

Put the fennel and the thyme through.

Season with salt and pepper and heat for 1-2 minutes on low heat..
