Wholegrain penne with chorizo and garden peas
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, Spanish chorizo sausage (250 g), penne (integrali (pasta, bag 500 g)), onion (chopped), garlic (finely chopped), garden peas (extra fine (450 g, frozen)), flat parsley ((20 g) and finely chopped).

Remove the skin from the chorizo. Cut the sausage into cubes. Cook the penne al dente according to the instructions on the package. Heat a frying pan with non-stick coating, without oil or butter and fry the chorizo for 7 minutes on low heat.

Take the chorizo out of the pan. Fry the onions for 3 minutes. Add the garlic and the frozen peas and cook for 4 minutes on a high heat.

Put the chorizo back in the pan. Add the parsley and the penne and mix. Season with salt and pepper.
