Wiener schnitzels with cauliflower and raw ham
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, cauliflower (in florets), olive oil, potato slices (duopak 700 g), dairy spread chives (light (box 150 g)), wienerschnitzels (2 dishes a 2 pieces), Coburger ham (meat products) and Spanish giant beans (425 g).

Boil the cauliflower in boiling water with salt in approx.

8 minutes.

Drain.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the potato slices in 12 min.

Golden brown and done, shovel regularly.

Add the dairy spread for the last 2 minutes.

Heat 4 tbsp oil in another frying pan and fry the cutlets according to the instructions on the package until golden brown.

Add the ham and fry it in 3 min.

In the meantime, heat the giant beans in the liquid from the tin for 3 minutes.

Drain.

Divide the cutlets, cauliflower, potato slices and giant beans over 4 plates and put a slice of ham on top..
