Wild salmon rolls
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, green asparagus tips, lemon juice, grated horseradish, mayonnaise, smoked wild salmon and sour cream (125 ml).

Cut the hard tips of the asparagus and cook them in plenty of water with salt in 1-2 min.

Until al dente.

Rinse the asparagus directly in a colander and let it drain well.

Stir in a large bowl the lemon juice with horseradish and mayonnaise into a dressing.

Add pepper and salt to taste.

Spoon the asparagus carefully through the dressing and let it lie for 10 minutes.

Spread a slice of salmon and lay 3-4 asparagus on it.

Roll up the slice and make 10 salmon rolls that way.

Place the salmon rolls on a plate.

Stir in the sour cream through the remaining dressing and season with salt and pepper.

Serve the sauce with the salmon rolls..
