Wild skewer with honey-mustard sauce


A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: meat, stoneleeks (8 pieces), deer steaks, ostrich steak, fillet of hare, olive oil, whipped cream (125 ml), Zaanse mustard, liquid honey, (sea) salt and (freshly ground) black pepper.

Directions

  1. Remove the bottom of stoneleeks.
  2. For garnishing 2 cut stoneleeks into thin slanted rings, cut the rest into pieces of approx.
  3. 3 cm.
  4. Cut steaks each into 8 cubes.
  5. Put cubes of meat alternately on saté pins.
  6. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in saucepan 1, stoneleek gently fry for about 1 minute.
  7. Add whipped cream, mustard and honey through it.
  8. Bring the cream mixture to the boil and then keep warm on low heat.
  9. Grill pan until hot.
  10. Spread the meat with the rest of oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  11. Meat in 3-4 minutes around brown and inside rosé grilling.
  12. Place skewers on plates.
  13. Give sauce next to it and garnish with stoneleeks..
