Shrimp cocktail with red pepper and cucumber
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, cucumber (scrubbered), red pepper (seed strips removed), basil ((a 15 g) leaves coarsely cut), cocktail shrimp (125 g), pink shrimp (125 g), Japanese soy sauce (bottle) 250 ml), oyster sauce (bottle 250 ml), sesame oil (bottle 250 ml) and lime (squeezed).

Cut 2 slices of the cucumber and halve them. Cut the rest of the cucumber with a cheese slicer into long ribbons. Cut the red pepper into strips. Mix the cucumber, red pepper, the basil and both types of shrimp. Keep 4 large cocktail shrimps for garnishing.

Beat a dressing of the soy sauce, oyster sauce and sesame oil. Season with lime juice. Scoop with the cucumber mixture and spread over the glasses. Thread the half slices of cucumber with the cocktail shrimps left behind on the sticks and insert into the glasses.
