Serrano ham
A tasty Italian recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: meat, thyme, sunflower oil, nutmeg with pistachios unsalted ((180 g)), Italian herbs (mill 16 g), artichoke hearts ((400 g), drained), extra virgin olive oil, garlic (chopped) and serrano ham (a 80 g).

Ris the leaves of 3 sprigs of thyme. Heat 1 tbsp sunflower oil in a non-stick pan. Fry the nuts with the thyme, stirring for 3 minutes. Season with herbs, pepper and salt. Let cool on a plate.

Dry the artichoke hearts with kitchen paper and halve them. Mix with the rest of the oil. Heat the grill pan and grill the artichoke for 3 minutes. Turn halfway. Marinate them with the olive oil, garlic and the rest of the thyme for at least 30 min.

Divide the ham slices over a bowl. Serve with the nuts and the artichoke hearts.
