Heat the olive oil in a soup pan and fry the bacon cubes golden brown and crisp. Add the garlic and onion and cook for 2 minutes.

Add the stock, carrot, zucchini, tomato cubes, beans and kale and simmer for 15 minutes at a low setting. Boil the pasta for the last 7 minutes.

Divide the soup over bowls and sprinkle with the cheese.
