Wk-wrap with chorizo
Small tortilla with chorizo, chop, green pepper, tomatoes, black beans and rice

Remove the stalks and seeds from the peppers and cut the flesh into cubes. Cut the tomatoes into quarters.

Remove the skin from the chorizo and cut the sausage into slices. Cut the pork chops into 2 x 2 cm cubes.

Heat a skillet without oil or butter and fry the chorizo for 2 minutes on a high heat. Add the pieces of pork chop and cook over medium heat for 2 minutes.

Put the peppers and tomatoes in the pan with the meat and leave to simmer for 5 minutes with the lid on the pan. Season with pepper and salt.

In the meantime, heat the beans in a saucepan, prepare the rice and heat the tortillas according to the instructions on the package.

Cut the coriander coarsely.

Put everything in dishes on the table and let everyone fill their own wraps.
