Woked sprouts with pecans


A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: sprouts (cleaned), sunflower oil, ginger syrup, pecans ((container 70 g) and coarsely chopped).

Directions

  1. Boil the sprouts in little water with salt in 5 minutes until al dente. Drain and drain.
  2. Heat the oil in a wok. Fry the sprouts while stirring in 3-4 min. Crunchy. Turn down the heat and add the ginger syrup and the pecans. Stir fry the sprouts for 1 min. And season with (chili) salt and pepper.
