Heat the tortilla wraps 1 minute per side in a dry hot frying pan or between two plates for 1-2 minutes in the microwave at 800 Watt.

Place iceberg lettuce in the middle of all tortillas. Divide slices of chicken breast, red onion, mango, sour cream mixed with coriander and freshly ground pepper.

Roll up the tortillas, cut them in half and put them on a nice dish.
