Wraps with cherry tomatoes, grilled vegetables and hüttenkäse.

Directions

  1. Boil the eggs for 6 minutes. Scare under cold running water, peel and cut into quarters.
  2. Meanwhile, heat the wraps according to the instructions on the package.
  3. Cut the cress above the Hüttenkäse, mix it and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Halve the tomatoes and cut the grilled vegetables into strips. Mix with the spinach.
  5. Divide the wraps over 4 plates. Brush with the cottage cheese and spread the salad and eggs over it. Season with pepper.
