Wraps with iceberg lettuce
Wraps with cumin, paprika, low-fat pork strips, tomatoes, iceberg lettuce, tortilla wraps and crème fraîche.
Put the oil in a bowl and mix in the cumin, the paprika powder and some salt.
Add the meat and scoop. Let stand for 10 minutes.
Cut the tomatoes into wedges. Cut the lettuce into strips.
Heat a stirring stir fry the meat on high heat 3 min.
Heat the wraps according to the instructions on the package.
Brush the wraps with the crème fraîche.
Divide the tomato, lettuce and meat over it and roll up. Place on a plate and serve, possibly with extra crème fraîche.
