Marinated fish with vegetable paste
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, penne rigate (or other firm pasta), olive oil, fish fillets with Mediterranean marinade (chilled), garlic (peeled), coarsely chopped wok vegetables (400 g), tomato puree (canned), roasted pine nuts (a 50 g and salad cooling compartment).

Cook Penne al dente according to instructions on packaging.

Fry 2 tbsp oil in frying pan and fish fillets in 8-10 min.

Meanwhile, heat in wok rest of oil and squeeze out garlic above it.

Add wok vegetables and stir-fry 4-6 minutes.

Place fish fillets on hot plates and keep warm under aluminum foil.

Stir in tomato paste and 150 ml of cooking liquid from pasta through shortening and reduce to light gravy.

Season the sauce with salt and pepper.

Pour the Penne and create wok vegetables with pine nuts and gravy.

Remove aluminum foil and create pasta with vegetables next to fish..
