Shower the spinach in a colander with boiling water. Let the leaves shrink and drain, press the moisture well.

Puree the spinach with garlic, parsley and oregano in the food processor. Add cream cheese and grated cheese and mix everything into a firm spread.

Spread the tortillas and prepare a thick strip of spinach spread. Roll the tortillas tightly around the filling, wrap them tightly in plastic wrap and put them in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Remove the foil and cut the wraps into 2 cm wide pieces. Put them upright and garnish with coarsely chopped cashew nuts.
