Preheat the oven grill.

Fry the chopped flour in a frying pan with non-stick coating. Add the spice mix with a dash of water and fry the minced meat for about 15 minutes until the moisture evaporates.

Divide the chips over the oven dishes. Cut the tomato into thin slices. Spoon the mince on top and invest with tomato, stoneleeks and cheese.

Place the dishes on a grid 10 cm under the oven grill. Let the cheese melt in 3-4 minutes and light brown. Finally spoon the sour cream over it.
