Yellow rice with chicken and cucumber salad
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, yellow rice (pack a 325 g), fresh parsley (a 30 g), red pepper (bag of 2 pieces), cucumber salad (340 g), sunflower oil, chicken fillet cheese (about 340 g) , wok vegetables (oriental (750 g)) and wok sauce (five spice (bottle a 175 ml)).

Boil rice according to directions on packaging.

Cut the parsley and make 2/3 of it through rice.

Cut half of red pepper into rings and finely chop remaining.

Drain cucumber salad, halve large slices and mix with red pepper and parsley.

Oil in wok heating and stir-fry chicken fillets for 5 min.

Remove chicken from pan and keep warm.

In remaining oil rest of red pepper and vegetables stir-fry for 3 minutes.

Add chicken and wok sauce and heat for another 2 minutes.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Divide the chicken-vegetable mixture into 4 plates and add rice to it.
