Italian double capreseburger with tomato and mozzarella

Light the barbecue.

Cut the tomatoes and mozzarella into slices.

Mix the mince with the egg and the breadcrumbs. Season with salt and pepper.

Divide the minced meat into 8 equal portions. Make a ball from each portion and press flat between 2 pieces of cling film.

Grill the tomato for 2 minutes on the barbecue. Turn halfway.

Halve the ciabattas and roast them for 2 minutes with the cutting edge down on the barbecue.

Remove the cling film from the citizens. Put the burgers on the barbecue and grill them in 6 minutes until done. Times regularly.

Drizzle the roasted cutting edges of the bread with the oil.

Divide the arugula over the bottom halves of the buns.

Cover with a burger, 2 slices of tomato, 2 slices of mozzarella and some basil leaves. Make another 'layer'.

Cover with the top halves of the buns. If necessary, insert a tapas stick. Bon appétit! .
