Yoghurt bavarois with forest fruit sauce

Let the fruit thaw in about 3 hours. Gelatine for 5 minutes in cold water. (In microwave) heat milk and gelatine in it.

Allow milk to cool slightly. Pour the yoghurt into the bowl and beat the milk-gelatin mixture.

In other bowl whipped cream with 3/5 sugar beating. Whip cream carefully with yoghurt mixture.

Spread mixture over 4 beautiful glass coupes or dishes. Cover with plastic wrap and bavarois in refrigerator in 2-3 hours stiffen.

Most of the fruit with the rest of the sugar and lemon juice puree in food processor or with hand blender.

Fruit puree with convex side of (gravy) spoon through sieve, so that seeds remain.

Mix the sauce with retained fruit and place it in a refrigerator until use.

Take Bavarois and sauce from a refrigerator. Give fruit sauce over bavarois.
