Ice pancake
A tasty Dutch recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: egg, flour, semi-skimmed milk, butter, vanilla ice cream (a 1 liter), chocolate (extra pure (100 g) and in pieces).

Mix the egg with the flour and 200 ml of milk. Add a pinch of salt. Heat 1/4 of the butter in a frying pan (Ø 28 cm). Bake a pancake with 1/4 of the batter. Make 3 more pancakes and let them cool slightly.

Remove the ice from the freezer and let it soften in 5 minutes. Divide the ice cream into 4 portions over the pancakes. Roll the pancakes firmly and wrap them in cling film. Place in the freezer until use.

Heat the rest of the milk and chocolate in a saucepan over low heat. Let the chocolate melt. Halve the pancakes and serve 2 pieces of pancake per person. Pour over the chocolate sauce.
