Yoghurt-crème brûlée with raspberry and peach
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: peaches (in pieces), raspberries, raspberry spirits (or kirsch), powdered sugar, Greek yogurt (a 150 g) and (light brown) caster sugar.

Preheat the grill to the highest setting.

Distribute peaches over baking trays.

Grind raspberries with fork in deep plate.

Stir in the Eau de-vie and icing sugar.

Raspberry puree over peaches.

Sprinkle yogurt over raspberry puree and smooth.

Spread brown sugar over yoghurt, so that yogurt is completely covered with sugar.

Place the dishes as close to the grill as possible and allow the sugar to caramelize in 2-3 minutes.
