Zucchini stuffed with pilaf rice
A delicious Turkish recipe! Zucchini stuffed with tomato, rice, onion, minced beef, raisins and pine nuts from the oven.

Halve the courgettes in the length. Scrape out the flesh to 1 cm from the wall with a spoon. Slice the flesh finely.

Remove the tomatoes, remove the seeds and cut the flesh into cubes. Chop the onion.

Heat the oil in the pan. Fry the onion together with the rice for 2-3 minutes until all the grains shine. Add the mince and fry.

Grease the oven dish. Place the courgettes and fill up with rice mixture (= pilav).

Pour the rest of the stock on the bottom of the dish and drizzle the rest of the oil over the courgettes.
