Zucchini tagliatelle with shrimps in garlic-chive oil
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, fresh chives (a 25 g), olive oil, garlic, tagliatelle (pasta), salt, zucchini, Dutch shrimps (a 100 g) and pepper.

Top cut chives finely and mix 4 tablespoons of oil.

Garlic peel and finely chop.

Cook Tagliatelle in plenty of boiling water with salt in approx.

8 minutes.

Meanwhile, wash courgette and halve in length.

Take out the seeds with teaspoon.

Zucchini (with cheese slicer or grater) in thin ribbons.

Make zucchini ribbons with pasta and boil for approx.
-
1 minute.
-
Drain pasta and leave covered until use.

Heat up the rest of oil in pan and fry garlic and shrimp for about 2 minutes.

Stir in chives in oil.

Season with salt and pepper.

Divide the tagliatelle with zucchini into four plates.

Shrimp with oil.

Serve with baked tomatoes from the oven..
