Zucchini tagliatelle with shrimps in garlic-chive oil


A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, fresh chives (a 25 g), olive oil, garlic, tagliatelle (pasta), salt, zucchini, Dutch shrimps (a 100 g) and pepper.

Directions

  1. Top cut chives finely and mix 4 tablespoons of oil.
  2. Garlic peel and finely chop.
  3. Cook Tagliatelle in plenty of boiling water with salt in approx.
  4. 8 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, wash courgette and halve in length.
  6. Take out the seeds with teaspoon.
  7. Zucchini (with cheese slicer or grater) in thin ribbons.
  8. Make zucchini ribbons with pasta and boil for approx.
  9. 1 minute.
  10. Drain pasta and leave covered until use.
  11. Heat up the rest of oil in pan and fry garlic and shrimp for about 2 minutes.
  12. Stir in chives in oil.
  13. Season with salt and pepper.
  14. Divide the tagliatelle with zucchini into four plates.
  15. Shrimp with oil.
  16. Serve with baked tomatoes from the oven..
