It has been known for a long time that eating fruit and vegetables is healthy. It appears to be even healthier than previously thought, according to new research. So healthy, in fact, that more is better, especially when it comes to fresh vegetables. Lots of vegetables, along with two servings of fruit a day, have a very beneficial effect on health, according to University College London.
