A fruit day is a day when you mainly eat fruit. Fruit contains a lot of vitamin C and fiber, but as a food it is quickly too one-sided and therefore not recommended to have a fruit day too often. Once a week is fine. A fruit day is especially suitable for weight maintenance or for dewatering if you retain a lot of moisture.
